Planning a refurbishment in phases
You do not have to do everything at once. A refurbishment can be split into phases across terms or budget years, so you might resurface one area this summer, refresh markings the next, and replace equipment when funds allow.
We will walk the space with you, work out what is worth keeping and what needs renewing, and give you a costed plan. Booking the noisier or messier work for the holidays means pupils return to a finished, ready-to-use playground.

What can realistically be reused?
It depends on condition, but frames, posts and many fixed structures often have years of life left once repaired and re-coated. We assess everything on site and keep whatever is sound, replacing only the items that are genuinely past their best.
